Cancellation and Refund

HypeShopie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. To ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still initiate a return after delivery (as per return policy).

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at 9877809972 with your order number.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • If you received a wrong product.

  • If the product delivered is damaged or defective.

  • If your order could not be delivered due to our courier partner’s fault.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

  • Customized or perishable items.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

  • For online payments, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer, UPI, or store credits.
