Cancellation and Refund
HypeShopie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. To ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been dispatched.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still initiate a return after delivery (as per return policy).

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

If you received a wrong product.

If the product delivered is damaged or defective.

If your order could not be delivered due to our courier partner’s fault.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

Customized or perishable items.
3. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

For online payments, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer, UPI, or store credits.
